  My daughter and I drove up to pick up an order I made on the app. Something made me check the order in the carpark and I found out that we were missing a large portion of fries so I drove back around and was handed a bag. I drove off and left the premises but my daughter checked the bag and we'd been given somebody else's order. Around the roundabout and this time we went inside. Apparently they were all looking for the missing order and when we handed it back they shouted out to not cook a fresh one. How do they know that we didn't touch the food??? We finally got our fries and went home with our now cold food (except the fries!) ohh, and the sauces for our nuggets weren't in the bag!

  AWFUL EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AGAIN. Stuck in the drive-through for 30 minutes AT 2:45pm on a Sunday! Almost suffering with claustrophobia with horns beeping and cars trapped bumper to bumper with no movement at all. In the end I gave up without even ordering food. Went to Tim Hortons instead and was served within 5 minutes. Grant Cooper / South Coast Foods Limited should be ashamed of their abysmal service and have their McDonald’s franchise licence revoked. If you cannot manage a standard Sunday afternoon rush without creating complete chaos then you should not be operating the franchise.

  This McDonalds never looks at the orders always forgetting stuff , items missing very time we order on line . And I’m sorry but what is this in my burger should have been extra extra bacon and it’s not . They have to get them selfs back into it , the morning team is amazing never get anything wrong but the evening team is so bad !!! .

  This place leaches of the McDonald's name. I have no issue with McDonald's itself, but this particular franchise is just rubbish. Food is always cold, we have ordered 4 times in the last year here and it's been cold every single time. The drive through is relatively quick but you have to double check they give you all of your order as have had items missing beforehand. The McDonalds in Petersfield is way better.

  Edit: the payment issues have been eventually sorted, but the experience remains appalling. What happened today is a total joke. The lady in the window cancelled my app ordered, so I've ordered again. She said she cancelled the first one. They gave me a second order, and everything was wrong, so I basically haven't received my order. The app order disappeared from the app, but the payment hasn't been reverted and they refused to cancel the wrong order they gave me. So I paid twice and got nothing. This is how they conduct business these days.
